Negotiating With Terrorists: Inside the Capture and Release of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl
If it's true, this is much bigger than anyone is seeing.
Worse than we thought. Check out the link at #9.

Associated Pravda is now spinning that the regime was trying to ‘split the Taliban’ by quickly trading five underlings instead of leaders they supposedly wanted.
That dog, as they say, ain’t gonna hunt.
Thanks again justlurking!
All y’all ping to justlurking’s link and this excerpt:
“....If the Obama Administration did pay a ransom to the Haqqanis through the Quetta Shura, the Pakistani ISI, or via a wealthy Middle Eastern Haqqani supporter acting as a middleman the United States would have knowingly funded a terrorist organization. The United States would need a big fig leaf to hide that funding from the public and the Afghan Taliban/Quetta Shura would have gladly played along. They would have also made the United States pay through the nose for that cooperation. Judging by the list of terrorists the U.S. was forced to release, thats one possible interpretation of what happened.
Sgt. Bowe Bergdahls release raises many more questions than it answers. But will anyone in the mainstream media ask those questions? Will any of them discuss the recidivism rate of Gitmo detainees who, once released back into the wild, return to terrorism? How about the lives and limbs lost in the effort to capture those Gitmo detainees in the first place? What about the possibility that the Obama Administration may have directly funded a terrorist organization responsible for slaughtering American military personnel and countless innocent civilians?
Only time will tell. For now, one thing is clear it is open season on American civilians and American military personnel around-the-world.
Where President Obama failed to close Gitmo, Americas enemies may just do it for him. All they need to do is kidnap enough Americans, and theyll have the place cleaned out in no time.
