i dont like th term post-Constitutional. i dont think we have gone past the time of the Constitution, but rather i would use anti-Constitutional becauyse my hope us we will return to the Constitution. once i lose that hope, it will be time to start a new constitution and i dont have confidence that anyone can do better than what we already have.
