Next shoe to drop with the Military health care is EXPRESS SCRIPTS. DOD MANDATED Tricare Life Retired Military to use them as of 4/14/2014. OR base Dispensary, which is NOT set up for Seniors needs. We are using a combo, 2 of hubby’s are not Base available, ES ordered, 2 weeks, 2 weeks for refills. Stuffed in the Mail Box by USPS. We have kids, teens in the neighborhood.
