Hagel/0bama is a liar. On the one hand he says they didn't negotiate but on the other he says they didn't notify Congress as required by law because of a timeline.

Guess the timing of the simultaneous releases on both sides was just a coincidence then... I buy it. /s

We didnt negotiate with terrorists, Mr. Hagel said on NBCs Meet the Press. And I said and explained before, Sergeant Bergdahl is a prisoner of war. Thats a normal process in getting your prisoners back.Hagel, you friggin moron. We are at war with the terrorists, you released five of them. What did you get in return? Bergdahl.
You're right about one thing, this was no negotiation. It was a capitulation, you might as well have surrendered.

How about maybe listening to what some of us are saying. America is now controlled by the communists Democrats with King Obama at the leader. King Obama is a communists black Muslim. Nothing now or within the next few years can stop the conversion to a dictatorship. Lots of talk and hearings but they will do nothing. Have they worked so far?

Five Taliban fighters swapped for one lame-azz US traitor?
Yea...I wouldn’t classify that as negotiating either.

Next we will trade another group of terrorists for magic beans. Congress will not be informed because the magic’s best by date is just about up.

"Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said the U.S. did not negotiate..."
There were negotiations or just a flat out uneven prisoner exchange by a "deserter". Either way Obama and his shoeshine boy Hagel are incompetent and not to be trusted.
The only hope in this fiasco is if these 5 Taliban prisoners were tagged (I highly doubt it with the feckless leaders we ultimately vote for) but I think the 5 would be relegated to morale boosting "agitprop" anyway and not allowed "in the inner circle" anymore.

What a liar. Just wait until it is confirmed very soon that Bergdahl deserted and turned-coat.

We didnt negotiate with terrorists, Mr. Hagel said on NBCs Meet the Press. War is peace.
Freedom is slavery.
Ignorance is strength.
All of the above statements--including Secretary Hagel's assertion that the US did not negotiate with terrorists--are about equally sensible...

He’s right. We didn’t negotiate. We capitulated. We surrendered. Well, WE didn’t. Our Marxist, muslim-fearing government did. It doesn’t care what we think.

Mr. Hagel said the U.S. is dealing with terrorists and hostage taking all the time and that the release wouldnt encourage terrorists to take American soldiers prisoner or hostage.
That's it, Obama administration, just keep saying the opposite of reality, and allow the media to be your mouthpiece.
