Look, this is all about refurbishing Obama's reputation after the VA scandal. Future repercussions of this deal do not matter. All that matters is Obama.
Everyone else here - the POW, his family, the released terrorists, the future victims of the released terrorists - they are all just bit players in the great Obama drama.

>A senior administration official, agreeing to speak on the condition of anonymity to explain the timing of the congressional notification, acknowledged that the law was not followed. When he signed the law last year, Obama issued a signing statement contending that the notification requirement was an unconstitutional infringement on his powers as commander in chief and that he therefore could override it.
If the jive turkey didn't intend to follow the law he shouldn't signed in the first place. Any law abiding congressman or senator refrain allowing any bill to get to this White house. There is no guarantee it would be adhered to by the current president.

.
Does that mean that they are going to prosecute Bambi or just frown at him?

Top Republicans on the Senate and House armed services committees went so far as to accuse President Obama of having broken the law, which requires the administration to notify Congress before any transfers from Guantanamo are carried out. Yeah, what's GOP-e gonna do about it, other than put their underwear on backwards to give King "Man's Country" better access?

Laws ? zer0 don’t follow no stinking laws, he makes it up as he goes along.
Nobody challenges him, they are all afraid of the skinny half white bully !
He’s been walking the halls stealing lunch money, knocking books out of people’s arms since he got here. Even guys bigger than him are scared.

Obama issued a signing statement contending that the notification requirement was an unconstitutional infringement on his powers as commander in chief and that he therefore could override it. There is a word for someone who thinks like that. I'll let you fill it in.

So, we trade five terrorists for this American soldier.
And WHEN they one of these five returns to the battlefield and kills one or more of ours serving in Afghanistan, the press is going to say that their blood is on Buckwheat's hands, right?? RIGHT???

The evidence has now been admitted by the
Washington Compost showing that Traitorobama has given aid and comfort to the enemy.
The evidence (along with the evidence from Traiotorobama's previous acts of treason) is so overwhelming that if Congress does not call for Traitorobama's impeachment and criminal indictment, they join him as conspirators in treason.
