Mea culpa. Now that I've calmed down, Cruz isn't talking about the Senate amending the Constitution. He's talking about the Senate introducing some bill which, if the RINO-controlled House supports it will effectively neutralize 1st Amendment; not same thing as amending the Constitution.

t remains that unless the House actually agrees with the Senate's bill that it will go nowhere. So I still like my election year theories.

And what would those be? If they could, these turds would gladly make political speech subject to the administrative state. Because, after all, non-experts such as Amendment10 shouldn't be talking incorrectly!

Of course, they won't succeed, the hurdles to passing an amendment being too high, but they'll try anyway, because it stirs up the base.
