Its a long shot but it is dangerous because it seems to focus on campaign funds. That's because it needs to appeal to the low-information pukes who somehow, despite not managing to become high-information, manage to show up to vote.

I said a long time ago, the man does not intend to ever leave the white house.

Transforming America at all costs. Maybe Obama wants to be remembered as a tyrant, it’s easier than being good.

It has to be ratified by the states and pass the House before even that.
It wouldn’t surprise me to find out some Senators think they have the power to repeal the amendment though.

Excuse me, but McCain was a citizen born to a career military officer while on active duty. That automatically makes him a citizen regardless of the location of his birth.
Every child born to citizens on military deployment are natural born citizens.

Yeah lets all be scared of proposed constitutional amendments! /sarc There is nothing here.Except this is exactly how the progressives have taken over. It's just a proposal now. Then the propaganda starts. People now will not let it stand but after a decade of indoctrination and "reasoned" argument by the Schumers of the left and soon it will make "sense" to curb those nasty thoughts of freedom.
Yes, stealth is what they use to change policy. Stealth and patience.

I know this is a stupid question, but don't Constitutional Amendments have to be ratified by two-thirds majority of the states? Well...legally, yes. But that does not seem to be much of an obstacle to this bunch.

I know this is a stupid question, but don't Constitutional Amendments have to be ratified by two-thirds majority of the states? Or has Ubama removed that requirement? What does you gut tell you about what is right and legal vs. what is being done in DC these days?

The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention. A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States).
