There is a lot of evidence connecting anti-bacterials, such as hand sanitizer, with asthma, as well as causing other health problems.From your linked article:

The anti-bacterials did not cause the specific diseases (e.g., asthma and diabetes) and additionally, the relationship is just an "association," not quite the same as causation.
Nevertheless, it was a very informative article, especially for a skeptic like me who never uses anti-bacterial wipes, still uses salt, eats bacon and eggs, red meat, etc. Thanks ...
