I’ve always thought if we have open borders, heck, let’s fly people over from Europe, Asia, Africa or wherever they are trying to escape poverty instead of this immigration which is unbalanced towards Mexicans and to a lesser extent, other Latinos.
That’s what Sowell said. The poverty in Latin America is not that bad.
