New Mexico Democratic gubernatorial candidate Alan Webber has a history of radical views, including ties to the Weather Underground and urging empathy for a child sex offender.
Webber has raised the most money of Democratic candidates vying to challenge Republican Gov. Susana Martinez, and is competing against four other Democrats, including Lawrence Rael, who exaggerated his resume on his campaign website. The primary will be held on June 3.
Mark Rudd, a leader and founder of the domestic terrorist group the Weather Underground, which has advocated for the violent overthrow of the United States and committed multiple bombings of public buildings in the late 1960s and early 1970s, endorsed Webber in April. Rudds wife Marla Painter hosted a campaign event for the Democrat that month. (continues at link)...

LOL.
Webber wants to send Governor Martinez “back where she came from.” He sounds like a racist to me. I hope he wins the slot to run against Gov. Martinez and she kicks his goatsmellin’, weather underground @$$ back into the sewer he floated out of.
Only the democrats, so far.
Democrat and Communist candidate.
Not to hijack the thread and thanks for the post as I live in one of the few conservative voting counties in NM.
I wonder where they get their funding?
Coincidentally(?), Weather Underground is also the name used by a fairly popular weather site. I always wondered why they chose that particular name. Kind of in your face thing, like lefties like to pull. Made me curious. I tried to look for who was behind the site but never found out much.
Anyone else have any information on them? Thanks.
