Its not in Russia’s best interests for us to be involved and it isn’t in our best interests to be involved. It is in the best interests of other multiple players for us to be involved. Looks like its in Hunter Biden’s best interest since he was named director of the Ukraine national gas company.
It is not a national gas company. It is a gas company with 3.2% of the production share in Ukraine. You should always check these things so you don’t fall for Russian lies.

They are producing 10.4k boe per day. I use 170 to convert it to cube meters. 10400*170*365=0.645 billion. Ukrainian gas production is ~20 billion per year. 0.645/20*100 = 3.2%
Company with 3.2% production share sounds much less impressive than “National Gas Company”.
