Oh thanks! A big phew here with your kind link...I had visions of something else entirely for the next 2.5 years.....what a relief! Cheers....

He was probably this.close to retiring anyway, so they just moved up the date in a choreographed effort to distract from Shineski and the VA scandal.
So, while I consider the Carney barker's resignation to be entirely devoid of any significance, this may be the last time I'll get to post this graphic. *sniff*

Noticed in the last few days that Carney looked like he aged and was haggard. Was the resignation voluntary, or was he dumped. Is he ill or are there other extenuating circumstances.
Whatever the reason, it's the elimination of another socialist/communist/marxist/muzzie sympathizer from obozo court. He will be replaced and the war for our freedom & liberty goes on. But whenever anything negative happens to obozo in any form, it is good news. In fact, today I noticed that obozo’s eyelids were heavy and he looked sleepy. Lack of sleep or drugs?

I wonder if Jon “That’s the Ticket!” Lovitz will be replacing Carney?

There has to be a reason they are jumping ship now. What that is Im not sure.
I think Jay Carney is leaving to defuse the VA Secretary who left. Jay Carney will be the news now. Hopefully it will backfire on them.....although with the media it will probably work.

The President crashed the White House briefing to make the announcement. The presstitutes just cannot stop lying and helping script the Democrats claim to power.
Is there a FReeper who believes Obama does anything that isn't scripted?

Smart move by The One. This will deflect some attention about Shinsecki.

By all standards, Carney was an embarrassment as a spokesman. You would think they could have found someone over 13 years of age.

I understand that it is the job or every press secretary to spout the administration's talking points, and to deflect uncomfortable questions to the greatest extent possible. This is true, regardless of whether it is a Democratic or a Republican administration.
Still, Jay Carney has long struck me as the quintessential lackey--far more so than his predecessors. (Compare him, for instance, with Marlin Fitzwater, of the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations; or with Ari Fleischer, Scott McClellan, or Dana Perino of the George W. Bush administration. Or even Dee Dee Myers or Mike McCurry, for Bill Clinton.)
And I once thought that Robert Gibbs (who immediately preceeded Carney) was bad...

Good - now it will be easier to get him to comply with the Gowdy subpoena on Benghazi.

Cleans house? I’m sure he is as adept at operating a broom as he is throwing the first pitch.
Don’t forget to sweep the “dust” under the bus or the carpet or dust in the wind or whatever.
