The only question that matters, constitutionally, is:

Is the unborn child a person, or not?

I say it is self-evident that they are.

Blackmun said "no," while admitting that if they are, they are protected by the Constitution.

What say you?

Well, they're not rubber trees or bunny rabbits. They have their own unique human DNA identity, which makes them an individual.
