I have a friend living in the UK who has MS. Unfortunately for her, UK Government-run Healthcare tells her that there is nothing they can do for her. They also tell her that any new (and expensive) drugs or treatment programs that may be promising for her are simply not worth it to them. That’s what happens when you allow others (who have a different set of priorities, needs, and objectives than you) to be put in charge of your purchasing decisions. Because I can guarantee you that with ObamaCare, they will decide 100% of the time that a hip replacement for a 70-year-old patient just isn’t worth it to them, regardless of how much pain that patient is in.

My friend ended up in a nursing home on Medicaid. She did not have money, like Montel has, to research and take advantage of the newest treatments. I don’t fault Montel for that - he is active in research to help other MS sufferers and told Cavuto that he had something new coming out regarding MS and he’d be hearing about it soon. Obamacare will only make the situation worse for those who don’t have the means/opportunity - Obamacare won’t give it to them. I think it’s a very real sign of the decline of our country/culture when vets are neglected and disrespected as are the elderly and very young/unborn. Murdering babies and vets (in my opinion, what has happened to them is murder) has become something “acceptable” to too many people and I believe that until we again value all life, the country will continue to decline to its pitiful end and we’re well on our way there.
