Right! A key part of this investigation needs to center around why the VA can’t service it’s patients. My guess (as you point out) is that the VA medical staff is simply a bunch of lazy government employees whose idea of work is seeing next to no patients each day. Government “service” is all about the government employee, and not about the proper delivery of whatever service they’ve been hired to provide. The only problem with the VA is that people die rather than just be inconvenienced. Kinda like the Post Office or the DMV, etc.
