I’m NOT going to change my donation to FR because FR is vitally important to me. FR, Jim, my countless FRiends here, this FReepathon team, are my family, my lifeline and I mean this earnestly. Instead, I have dropped netflix and the two newspapers and I intend to cancel even more subscriptions as I come across each one. It’s a matter of priorites, I reckon.

Cable TV! And/or satellite TV. Cut it all! There is life after Fox News! I promise.

Keep the cable Internet if you have it.

Get a $40 flat digital indoor antenna from Wally's Mart and fasten it high as possible (inside) on an outside wall or window facing your area's main TV transmitters. Hook it into the amplifier that supplied signal to all your house TVs previously.

It won't be pretty but it will show all visitors you're making the effort to cut expenses!

That's how I'm paying for the pledge to FR I made this week.

Thanks so much, (I know you mean the very best for me) but I reside in a small town and I’d be lost and miserable without DIRECTV. I’m all alone now and that’s one item, I’m not going to do without. I leave my TV on 24/7 except during Rush’s show. Thanks so much again. God bless.
