You're correct on the expanding number of states with carry, BUT We've lost the RIGHT to keep and bear arms with the instant background check. If you have to get the government's permission to do something it's NOT a right. You don't have to get permission to exercise a right. Concealed carry is also with a very few exceptions is under government license - again not a right but a privilege. We've lost the right to buy full auto unless they were registered prior to '86. So while there is some positive news, the overall trend for the last 80 years is away from rights.
But my point is that antigunners never quit, ever. They will never be satisfied unless we're totally disarmed and then they'll start on knives and slingshots - look at England.
