Guess the study should have included American girls as well, they might have come out with a different winner.

Go to a mall and do some “people watching” some day, better yet, stop by your friendly Walmart. You want some really BIG ones, try a mall near the inner city (enough said, I rest my case)

Or that they know they can still get a guy. I see young, not bad looking guys with fat, muffin top flashers all the time. I am perplexed. I see groups of young guys out with all their fat girlfriends. Sometimes the guys will be overweight but not usually.

So, yeah, when all your peers are large, when they are making all the cute, latest clothes in your size and you are all wearing micro minis with your flesh pouring out the sides--there isn't even that natural competitive drive to work harder to look better.

When I was a youngin'--I remember that come spring all the magazines would feature articles about getting your "bikin butt". And that was what we did--worked like mad to get into bikini butt shape. I have a daughter who is 16 (and thin), I ask her something about it and she thought I was nuts for worrying about such a thing. Times have changed, fat is the new black, I guess.
