Please, We don’t want Puerto Rico to become a state. We want a Constitutional Amendment requiring English as the language of government.

An Amendment is now required for ALL reasonable laws as it seems that the SCOTUS and Federal Judges are able to ‘discover’ a right for all manner of human desires, no matter how deviant and destructive to a united society.

Oh I agree. Isn’t is ironic that a Canadian born, Japanese descent Republican US Senator from California (remember when?)
advocated for English as the language of US government?

And his career as a semanticist and linguist— how rare to have him in the Senate (from Californication).

In the preface to his book(now in 5th edition) he wrote:
“ Hitler is gone, but if the majority of our fellow citizens are more susceptible to the slogans of fear and race hatred than to those of peaceful accommodation and mutual respect among human beings, our political liberties remain at the mercy of any eloquent and unscrupulous demagogue.” By the name of obamaumao, and company.
