Interesting, if true and applicable to Obama, but utterly irrelevant to his status as an American citizen.
We do not base our judgment of whether a person is or is not an American citizen on acts of other countries. Only American law is considered, as it should be.
The whole issue is, to me, tiresome and again utterly irrelevant. When we have literally tens of millions of impeccably natural-born US citizens who hate and despise their own country, what is the point of getting upset about whether a particular politician is or is not technically a natural-born citizen? Is there any particular reason for us to believe Obama’s attitudes to this country would be different if his father had been from Ohio? I don’t think so.
If he was a lawful president each action has to be painstakingly undone one at a time.
Because we believe in adhering to Constitutional law. Would you take the same attitude if Obama was under the age of 35? Would you insist we ignore that too?
It's the same body of law. If any requirement means anything, they all do.
