He was “born” here maybe, but if originally only considered Kenyan I guess he’s not eligible for yet another obvious reason (aside from the fact he sucks at the job).

....ahhhhh, except that there are two hospitals in Honolulu and there is/was NO record of his birth at either. Grandma could have put the Advertiser announcement in... common at that time for foreign births. So maybe it’s Kenya, or Canada but it wasn’t Honolulu. I think it was Kenya given the legions of locals who claim him and I think the legit book editors in NY wouldn’t have gone along with a sham when they put “born in Kenya” on the book jacket...
