In Chicago, you could be a registered Republican your whole life, but once you’re dead and buried, you become a faithful Democrat voter.
I’m kinda supicious of all the shootings and killings going on in Chicago——are the Democrats desperate for votes and registering all those handy bullet-ridden bodies as Democrats?

Then, by illegally registering those who do not have the right to vote ... illegal aliens among them ... the Democrats improve their chances greatly. Still, not one (1) Republican voice raised against vote fraud.
Low turnout + a huge pool of unregistered potential voters = an environment in which fraud can easily carry the day. Example: the Democrats often create Republican registrations for the main purpose of voting in primaries, which are often decided by mere hundreds of votes in very low turnout elections. Some primaries turn out as low as 10% or less of eligible voters!
