Hey now. Remember, Afghanistan was the War that the Democrats supported.
They hated that other War, where we Freed 25 Million Iraqi’s from a Dictator that had murdered 350,000 + of his own Countrymen.
I’m pretty sure we won that War, but with the slavish Liberal Media and their weekly Troop Death Count, the one that mysteriously stopped when The One took Office, most Americans don’t see it as any sort of a Victory.
The Iraqi’s now have Self Determination thanks to the sacrifices of the United States Military. It’s far from perfect, but it’s the best that can be expected given their Culture IMHO.
Well I kinda part from ya on the self determination thing, but at least our brave troops sent that evil Hussien to hell along with his two sadistic sons.
I hardly think Iraq was a success; there has been civil war since we left, and it is far from over. The midnight retreat out of there said it all; we couldn’t have victory without defining what “victory” meant. The search for “weapons of mass destruction” failed.
