You may or may not have served but you sort of remind me of a pencil pushing geek who has never contributed ANYTHING to society yet you probably didn’t mind the FREE days off that honored our Country, Flag and Veterans.

It’s to honor our war dead. Not the country (July 4) flag (June 14), or veterans (Nov 11).
And the freedom I’m grateful for is enjoyed every day. A vacation day is something I earned for myself. Don’t confuse vacations and freedom.
