Blame the guns.

His father was blaming the NRA and guns, as was the MSM, IGNORING the fact that his son stabbed three people.

I've often said if you took two Roman short swords into a crowded room of innocents with evil intent you could do some terrible, terrible things and no one would be able to stop you. And swords don't run our of ammunition or have to be reloaded.

did his father blame the NRA? i had read where the father of the guy shot in the delicatessen blamed the NRA... i had not heard that Peter Rodgers did too...

You don’t even need swords.

Somebody with 3 feet of 1/2” steel cable that you can buy at any hardware store would be almost impossible for the average person(s) to stop.
