Why should anyone be surprised there were death lists at the VA, it is the natural process of Marxism. There is no way a socialist enterprise can compete with a free market one due to the lack of profit incentives which are replaced with political ones. There is no natural selection or efficiency necessities due to budgeting and making dollars go as far as possible, so those inefficiencies are translated into waste and you end up with a boondoggle hospital system. It is always going to end up top heavy with management you can’t effectively get rid of and inflated salaries to the panels deciding who lives and dies.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn described this hospital system in his award winning book Cancer Ward. In it he described how there were two levels of care in the Soviet Union. One for the Inner Circle who were either Party members or could afford the extra expense of that care. The second was the wards where people were cared for in horrific conditions until they reached a point where the care level became too expensive and then were release with a large jar of pain medication. Our veterans hospitals have become a similar model except there are no jars of medication and the death matrix has been replaced with a waiting list.

As usual the Obozo administration is hiding in his adoring crowds of photops to give the appearance he is still loved, but let him walk a few of those halls of our Veteran Hospitals. We are hearing stories of our elderly vets having obvious cancer symptoms not being admitted for diagnosis, but given a medication and sent home to die just like the Soviet Union. We are finding out they were being put on “waiting lists” which were death sentences to anyone on them. We need to find out how and why these decisions were made although we already know why, a bloated gummit system. We have political hacks running a system from the top down and there is no natural regulator going from the bottom up. This is a major systemic problem with the socialist model and it cannot be cured by anyone who believes that model works, they will only make it much worse and our soldiers will be the victims.

If we do not act soon the entire US is going to be soldiers in the VA. #ObomaNoCare is the guillotine of the insurance industry leading to the transformation to a Soviet style healthcare program which will make the VA waiting lists look like urgent care. You have already lost your doctor who you and your family had a relationship with and you will now have a nameless, faceless doctor who will treat you like you are a cow going through a Chicago stockyard. The next step is to create a value matrix like they have at the VA where they decide whether the Marxist inflated cost of treating you is worth the potential return on investment of your remain potential years. You better end up with a positive score or you will go on a Waiting to Die list, and that is how you balance the books in an Obama hospital.

We also can count on the Party members will be getting better scores than the Republicans as we saw with the IRS scandal. To allow people to die who would vote against the Party only makes sense and you can bet that your Party affiliation and religion will be included in the matrix. We all know how petty and political this group is and now that they have control they want to turn this into the communist utopia they believe they can make it. That always starts and ends with Nationalized Healthcare that is run by the central gummit and we have the perfect example at the VA. Sure everyone gets covered its just that some people are more covered than others and those are the ones who belong to the right Party and have connections. It is the most corrupt system ever invented and coming to a hospital near you.

There is a solution to the VA although it will never happen. Turn them into private hospitals with private administration and help subsidize the Veterans insurance premiums. There is no such thing as free healthcare and the VA hospital system was a sham expanded by Roosevelt to take care of the returning soldiers in his attempt to socialize America. He thought the entire country would follow that model and now his dream and our nightmare is coming true.

On this Memorial weekend we need to take a look at how we are disgracing our Veterans and ask ourselves as a nation if we can do better. Why do we have to have a separate system for Veterans who have served this country and be put away in a substandard form of care? Why can’t we take care of them in our regular hospitals and give them free care if that is what they signed up for. The numbers are not that large in the bigger scheme and if we had a free market system they could be incorporated. These are the natural problems you have when you install a centralized Marxist styled hospital system and is only going to be a thousand times worse when you bring the entire country under the same program.

Like a lady said last week, she changed her Party membership to avoid getting audited by the IRS, you will need to change your Party membership to stay off the waiting lists at Obama’s hospitals. Welcome to the VA waiting lists or as Sarah Palin called them, “Death Panels.”
