It’s pretty obvious from one of the videos at that link that the equipment is already there. I’m willing to bet it is pretty much been tested and awaiting approval from the government. Since it is already installed why should the NSA bother with government approval? They listen to EVERYTHING government approval or not.
So I guess I’ll be keeping my old TV and computer monitors for years to come.
