Certainly Putin, by having thousands of Russian troops infiltrate Ukraine, including Chechen terrorists, is hoping to create as much chaos as possible. I don’t think that is a good thing in absolute moral terms. Nor do I see how it helps U.S. interests in any way.
The American people have no 'interests' in the Ukraine. Sabe?
