Can I call out Obama on a demagogic statement?
He’s saying the GOP has been rejected by the public. How so?
Most of our state governors are Republicans. A majority of state legislatures are controlled by Republicans. Republicans control the House.
DEmocrats control the Senate and White House.
How, by any objective standard, can anybody say that the public has rejected the Republicans, when Republicans control so many areas of government around the country???
Yet the lap dog media will report this as gospel, and will find its way into MSNBC talking points, that the GOP is a fringe minority party.
The GOP is marginalized on the Upper West Side, but there are many places in America where the Republican party is alive and well.

0bama is a compulsive liar. I think he’d rather tell a lie he thinks he can get by with than to utter a true statement that would do him more good.
It wasn’t supposed to be like this. We’re all supposed to bow at his feet and obey his commands.
Which leads us to the fact that the GOP is incapable of fighting back either out of incompetence or by choice. Reagan was the last person in my memory who was able to rise above the rabble and say what needed to be said without fear. We have a few conservatives who are doing the same, but they are labled as wackos, even by their own party.
Even here where we should all support one another in our cause, the tendency toward kneejerk reactions is our biggest undoing.
