My understanding is that what you’re describing is a “ceremonial nick”, intended to provide a symbolic adherence to this barbarous tradition without doing permanent damage to the baby’s clitoris. (We can’t mince words when discussing this obscene depraved culture.)
This is clearly another example of the “cooking-a-frog” paradigm. Get everyone used to “ceremonial nicks”, then insist that a small cut would be more “mulit-cultural” and before anyone notices girl babies born in European hospitals will be having their genitals mutilated at taxpayer expense.
Meanwhile the Left in America is doing everything it can to undermine the Judeo-Christian culture here that for now is preventing this sort of atrocity.
