What you have here is basically hear-say; a 2nd (or even 3rd) hand story.
I do think that is how this would be considered.

Personally, I believe it and have great faith in Mr. West - but I do not for one New York minute think this faith is shared by the "media."

Of course it won't and probably shouldn't.

Anyone can say anything. It's why if West felt enough to go public with this, he clearly felt this individual was credible and in a position to know. And why I mentioned he might as well have identified this mystery person since anyone with access could find out who was seated next to him.
