Why do we even need a US Congress, State and local governments anymore? All we need are judges to rule over us!

Same. Forgone conclusion.

I knew the state would take him down but I’m amazed at how quick a federal dictator handed down his decree.

There was never a doubt in my mind that he’d get away with this.you can’t awing a dead cat without hitting a liberal judge eager to do the democrats’ bidding.
After 50 years of theft and bribery he has a lot of pull, especially in a cesspool like Detroit.

The same thing happened to Thaddeus McCotter, and he was ruled ineligible. This happened in Michigan, just two years ago.
The difference? McCotter was a white Republican.

Did he add that the Congressman is also eligible to marry another guy? I thought that was the specialty of federal judges these days.
