This is nothing new. When I was in the Army under the 2nd worst President of my lifetime (admittedly 30+ years ago), my post in Germany had one doctor for a brigade (about 2,500 soliders, plus dependents).

I recall reading that the US flew in a specialist medical team and equipment to Guantanamo to provide surgery for one of the murdering terrorist inmates at Gitmo — while you know what’s happening to our brave, heroic vets...
