The Veterans' Administration does NOT answer to the State Governments. They are a FEDERAL body and answer only to the pResident's Administration.

You misunderstood my post. What I am telling you is that the Obama Administration may be targeting Republican leaning States to punish vets in those States with bad service, literally to kill off the opposition. By contrast, I know vets here in California who have been wowing me with the lavish care they are getting at the VA.
