There are colleges. I attended one, Christendom College in Front Royal, VA. These days they have a grad school attached, though I still wouldn't call it a university. Thomas Aquinas College, Catholic College of Wyoming, Belmont College, University of Steubenville all merit a mention.

I would guess that there are as many non-catholics as there are catholics in these schools.The problem isn't non-Catholic students but institutional spitting on Catholic teachings. All the big-name "Catholic" colleges do that now - but there are less well publicized schools that are genuinely Catholic (a few have already been mentioned on this thread).
