The defense arguments are both frightening and embarrassing.
Frightening & embarrassing for sure. Does she not understand the difference between ‘hitting’ & ‘beating to death’?!
Hitting is a matter for divorce. Beating to death is life in prison or execution. I lean toward the latter.
