Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett was arrested at a Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport bar on Wednesday for refusing to cooperate with airport police who were called to the scene, an airport official said.
Jarrett was taken into custody at around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Northern Lights Grill in the main terminal, Metropolitan Airports Commission spokesman Patrick Hogan said. He said the officers reported that Jarrett seemed intoxicated, acted belligerent and refused to follow orders.

tick... tick... tick...
I must have missed something...
What exactly was the crime this gentleman committed?
Who did he harm?
What is the cost of the damage?
Was it a case of someone having too much to think?
The prosecutor need not prove any harm of damage.
Well, they got him good on that one.
Someone must have recognized him. How dare he show his non-Obama-supporting face at a public venue.
He will pay for this travesty.
He was also accused of inebriation.
What was his blood alcohol level?
Surely the officials have some sort of evidence of some sort of wrongdoing, or is that not really necessary anymore?
Poor man. I always thought he seemed nice.
No one should be drunk just after noon. I think that this will prove to be just one of those arrests that are actually made to protect the arrestee from himself.
They’ll probably drop the charges or let him plead to something minor.
It’s a shame. I heard Glenn Beck mention it on his program this morning. Beck seemed to be aware from his tenure with Fox News that Gregg Jarrett had a problem (alcohol, he implied). He said that Jarrett had requested time off to deal with it, but apparently had not made it there yet (presumably rehab). He said he hoped for Jarrett to get well.

$12 beers and $18 hamburgers cause me to be belligerent too.
There's good advice in that but all people are different. Those who have "issues" are usually the ones who wouldn't recognize that advice.
My last two pheasant hunting trips to N.W. Kansas required a 2 hour layover at the Denver airport where myself and 3 other guys took advantage of the wonderful bloody marys they sold in the bar........... Since we were on our annual trip, it was all for fun and there wasn't anything that could have pissed us off..........
Jarrett, on the other hand, was likely flying on business and business isn't fun. I suspect he has a problem and hopefully it is being addressed........
There's many recovering alcoholics on this forum and I hope they extend support rather than condemnation from individuals who view Jarrett as simply a drunk media guy.........
Isn’t this the same guy who is drunk on the air?
Being drunk does not make you an alcoholic. I have no problem busting on people for being drunk. Ridicule is a good deterrent to getting drunk.
