If somebody held a nuclear war and nobody wanted to come, how would it appear?

FWIW, I wonder where is the missing Malaysian Air flight?

This morning a synchronized extremist Muslim attack in China is reported.

The mushroom cloud in Japan, of all places, between the Spratleys and Okinawa, easily telegraphs intentions of those parties who claim they own all seafloor mineral resources for a 1000 miles from their shores.

If it was volcanic, USGS would have full reason to report it, but not evn a tremor is reported by USGS.

Looks like either a hoax or a nuke.

Multiple twitter reports from nearby construction workers. If it happened on the northern end of Kume, then that also is where maps and photos show their airfield, which would be about the only strategic resource on the island and obvious first strike if somebody wanted to isolate Okinawa.

Lots of electronic warfare the last month on US internet and computer networks.

If it’s hostile, then folks don’t want it publicized. If not, then I suspect its a hoax. Others call it volcanism, but the geographic services could care less.

Considering how this Administration spins an attack on Benghazi and murder of an Ambassador, a news blackout might be the signature of this Administration. If China or the Russians hit the area with a nuclear device, this Administration would likely absorb it and claim we had tested it, thereby placing all our adversaries in a positive light, while they further diminished the ties between the US and Japan.

Go Figure.
