I can explain what happened here. The "no guns" sign was displayed on the FRONT DOOR. The robbers entered through the BACK DOOR. Therefore they did not see the sign.
Now had a sign been displayed on the BACK DOOR I'm positive this crime would have never happened.

I had been wracking my brain, trying to figure out how this could happen. You just enlightened me. Now I know why these guys brought guns into a gun free zone. They didn't see the sign. Silly me.
