ok, I was being a bit facetious, sorry. But what else does one call assignment of land without giving serious weight to local impact? What does one call revoking grazing, water and private property rights and closing off natural water sources, all on the smokescreen excuse of protecting a toad or random bird, while on the other hand opening up almost unhindered use of ten times as much land as originally proposed, roads included, to another sovereign country's criminal and migrant element who could give a hotdamn about "biospheres" and consider goats good eating regardless of sex or subspecies or season? Are these migrants going to stop to read "How to sustain a world biosphere" when they're setting up their shanty towns? Unlike ranchers, who are true stewarts of the land, the BLM has proven over and over it has grown incapable of effectively managing the flora and fauna they already have under stewardship, and what management they do institute is guided by political powers other than The People and other than the due process of the Federal government:
