That would make a great comic.
Every panel has someone coming to Obama with a problem and his punchline is always “I will not rest until your problem is solved” and then he goes to luch or dinner or to sleep or whatever (depending on the time of day)
There was a cartoon circulating a few years ago about “Action Item Man”, where everything becomes an Action Item, but he never really does anything.
