Last January Obama vowed to make 2014 a "year of action" by executive fiat....Obama warned that he has a pen and a phone—--and that’s all he needs to rule from Washington. He apparently has concluded that Americans don't want him to feel constrained by anything Congress might do.

Obama’s executive overreaching could get major blowback. I hardly think the Obama's are gonna get even dumb Democrats to line up behind this preposterous "police state" policy. The Dummycrats got burned bigtime when they lock-stepped behind Obama as he lead them into the abyss with Obamacare---the political catastrophe of the century---a blunder of Ceausescuian proportions.

And the fact is, people are already afraid to speak their minds, at work, at church, at social gatherings and in front of their children.
