Another great national crisis is at hand: We’re running out of white folks. There just aren’t enough of them to suit the Democrats. Last week the nation observed the 60th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education, the declaration of the U.S. Supreme Court that legal segregation of the races in the public schools is unconstitutional.
The court followed that later with an order for the states to move with “all deliberate speed” to desegregate the schools. We’ve come a long way in the six decades since; everyone agrees on that much. Today there’s no such required segregation and the idea that anyone would try to separate black and white by law, reprising the bad old days, is fantastical indeed. But many voices on the left insist that the nation is moving now to “resegregation” because many black children still can’t sit in a classroom with white children. And it’s not just the schools. A growing chorus of Democrats complain that there aren’t enough white folks to populate their party in the South.
They lament the fact that 65 years ago Democrats held 103 of the 105 congressional seats in the 11 states of the Confederacy, and now Democrats have only 16 of the 131 Southern seats. “I should be stuffed and put in a museum when I pass away,” says Rep. Steve Cohen, who represents an overwhelmingly black district in Memphis despite his being both white and Jewish. He wants some kind of public recognition, perhaps a brass plaque at the airport or on one of the bridges across the Mississippi River to Arkansas, proclaiming that “yes, a white Southern Democrat once lived here.”
These may be heartfelt tears, but they’re tears of foolish inconsistency. Mr. Cohen celebrates the right of citizens, both black and white, to live where

This is interesting, I heard recently that there are now only 10 dems in the 80 or so seats which cover Appalachia, which was also strongly dem. There is some overlap as it covers southern NY to northern AL and MS.
When you have the overwhelming majority of a “community” that believes being educated and speaking correctly equates to “being white”, you’ve lost all hope that “community” will become productive and civil members of society. Unfortunately that’s reality, and the “community” is collectively too stupid and lazy to recognize and change their perverted “groupthink”; it’s infinitely easier to vote Demonic, receive “free stuff”, and sit on their backsides and blame others.
People are voting with their feet and leaving dangerous school districts for safer ones.
Evil is pretty much universal. This piecemeal race by race rant against “racism” or reverse racism of democrates is just a hypocrisy and an excuse to betray and misrepresent the nation abroad in cowardly ways.
They never help anyone, just divide the hate mongering march one race at a time to cover themselves.
They do the same thingnin Syria. Does anyone think that once Christians are destroyed in Syria or whites leave South Chicago the murders amongst muslims or blacks stop? Of course not... these idiots are left to themselves inntheir ghettos with hate, retardation and paranoia as a inheritence... courtesy of communist democrates.
Ground prep to start pushing school desegregation across city and county lines.
Interesting to hear the talking heads and Michelle Obama talk about the 60th anniversary. They are all of the opinion that, while great progress has been made, that we still haven’t made enough progress in civil rights and equality.
Michelle Obama even hinted at homosexuality in her speech, talking about how it is wrong to bully people for who they love. Talking about “who they love” is liberal Democrat code for embracing homosexual marriage and homosexuality. Which we know that some liberals claim that homosexual issues are the “Civil Rights Issue of the 21st century”.
So, the impression I get from these liberals is that the job of civil rights and integration will never be finished. There will always be something to bitch about. The old Jim Crow laws were done away with. Laws mandating school segregation were done away with.
Schools today are segregated due to housing patterns, not due to law.
Of course, I’m sure the likes of Michelle Obama think that these segregated housing patterns are due to racism somehow.
There too, the Fair Housing Act of 1968 bans discrimination in housing. And that law has been strongly enforced. Nobody is stopping anyone from living wherever they want to, and attending the schools in that community.
It makes you wonder if these liberals think that the entire society is racist in every way. IN such case, then the liberals will never be happy with what happens.
