ICE just released nearly 40,000 convicted criminal aliens---all of 'em
in line for deportation---the Center for Immigration Studies reported.

These illegals are a national security threat and present a clear danger to law-abiding US citizens. The hardened criminals' activites included: (1) convictions for drunk or drugged driving, (2) aggravated assault, (3) flight escape, (4) pedaling dangerous drugs, (5) vehicle theft, (6) kidnapping, (7) sexual assault, and, (8) homicide. The 36,007 criminal voters released in 2013 were encumbered w/ about 88,000 convictions.

The Obama Administration is desperate to retain its majority---the raison d'etre for releasing Third World criminals from incarceration/detention. Obama is also trying to be helpful to vote-crazed Democrats scared silly about 2014 midterms; Dems desperately need illegals to vote using their several identities to hang onto their seats.

======================================================

Taxpayers demand to know which laws/rules/procedures were violated to accomplish this. We need to nail down the specifics WRT hardened criminals being released. This does not happen in a vacuum. Clearly official documents had to be falsified in order to accomplish this.

Falsifying Government Documents. involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging an official's signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing vital information (criminal records, incarcerations, type of crimes, place of birth, etc)

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to legal penalties: a monetary fine; incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
◾Social Security status
◾Citizenship status

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
