Wow, for only 72 years old, Mitch is pretty frail and unsteady on his feet. No wonder hes such a pushover for the DimocRATS in Congress.

Hard to say, I guess it would depend on how much lasting weakness and deformity he lives with.

Post polio syndrome?.It's a real medical condition, although I'm not sure if that's what it's called.

He tripped over all the lies he has been telling. His campaign against Bevin has been one of the most disgusting I have ever witnessed.

Why he can barely walk unassisted. Time to retire, Mitch.
To: Balding_Eagle
I believe that is its name. It's a significant disease receiving little research as it should become extinct. If he has post-polio it probably won't much affect his ability to perform his job . His position brings enough like minded staff that he doesn't have to be very physical. Our problems with Mitch aren't his peripheral nervous system, but rather his central one.

Reminds me of the saying “Whenever you see a turtle on a fencepost remember, someone helped it get up there.” In Mitch’s case it’s those “Let’s change the party from the inside” voters.

Yeah, it's all McConnell's fault that Bevin has run an atrociously horrible campaign. Sorry, but Bevin did that all on his own...McConnell has certainly exploited it to the nth degree, but Bevin gave out the ammunition himself.
