Well we don’t actually know who filed the unsubstantiated citizen’s complaint. When we do know who filed the unsubstantiated citizen’s complaint—we’ll have a pretty good idea of who wants Kenney to go down. So likely that information will be very hard come by.

In the mean time the group with greatest motivation to bring down Kenney is Cantor’s faction.
