Breitbart is no friend of Cochran’s, and has been running pro McDaniel stories, but this one does him no good. His campaign people really blew it on Saturday with conflicting accounts of when McDaniel first learned of this whole thing, and with this new revelation have made this more of a negative McDaniel issue than it otherwise would have been (despite Red State’s best efforts to make it sound like Cochran is the one who did something wrong).
