This is not so outrageous.

It is possible that this was the location that Father Paul Schenck (then an evangelical Christian) was arrested for offering a girl/woman a Bible in front of an abortion clinic.

The Federal Government invoked the FACE Act against Paul Schenck (it went all to the SCOTUS with an 8-1 decision in favor of Paul Schenck).

That was because it was viewed that Paul Schenck was viewed as blocking the entrance to the abortion clinic by offering a Bible to the girl/woman.

I would agree with you except that for the fact that the boyfriend was still at the abortion clinic and maybe the abortion clinic thought the boyfriend had more say in this than the mother...

He might have been involved in restraining (kidnapping the girl) at the abortion clinic.

The abortion clinic may have felt they had cause to restain the girl since they might have felt she was hysterical (emotionally unstable).

There are people who might view the girl this way. It would be nice for someone to talk to the girl's mother about what really happened since she was supposedly kicked out of the abortion clinic.

The [now Father] Paul Schenck case that went to SCOTUS:

PAUL SCHENCK and DWIGHT SAUNDERS, PETITIONERS v. PRO CHOICE NETWORK OF WESTERN NEW YORK et al.

Docket No. 95-1065

Why this and McCullen v. Coakley has a bearing on this story is how did the 15 year old find out how to contact the pro-lifer (or did the mother contact the pro-lifer).

It is my belief that McCullen v. Coakley and Schenck v. Pro-Choice Network of Western New York, and the fact that they force buffer zones is relevant to this case.

What might have happened if the pro-lifers were banned from the area, and the 15 year old or the mother was unable to contact the pro-lifer to help resolve this?
