I *think* he’s gone into total pokerface mode to avoid giving the officer any excuse (I felt threatened) to off him on the spot.

If so the man is a master poker player. I have the same personality type as my alter ego. (see wiki entry on SpeakerToAnimals)

I always lose at poker.
