The problem is you can’t hire an agent while still playing. Why would they blow money on a domain name if they hadn’t had contact or assurances from Sam 4 months before he came out.

But a player can talk to an agent as long as he makes no commitments, receives no benefits, or signs anything. Rules allow that. If an agent does something on his own as long as the player is in no way involved the NCAA can’t say much about it.
A domain name is only a couple bucks a month. But Sam is a transparent fraud. He knew the NFL would go nuts for the first fag player. He had the book deals, the merchandizing, the must pick draft position, the reality show, the fame all in his plan when he came out. He let the cat out of the bag when he was crying that he should have been picked earlier.
